Welcome to Daydreaming Head Spa. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, booking services, and the physical treatments provided at our facility. By booking an appointment, using our website, or receiving services, you accept these terms in full.

1. Health & Medical Disclaimer

All services provided by Daydreaming Head Spa are intended for relaxation and general wellness purposes only.

  • Not Medical Advice: Our staff are not licensed physicians, and our services do not substitute for medical treatments or diagnoses.

  • Client Responsibility: You must disclose any known allergies, scalp conditions, skin sensitivities, pregnancies, or medical conditions prior to your treatment. Daydreaming Head Spa is not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service if a client presents with a contagious skin or scalp condition, open wounds, or any condition that may pose a health risk to our staff or other clients.

2. Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

We strive to provide excellent service to all clients. To ensure smooth operations, we enforce the following policies:

  • Booking & Deposits: A credit card on file or a deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client. Full payment for the booked service will still be required. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a "No-Show."

  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

3. SMS & Digital Communications Policy

By providing your phone number and opting in via our website, contact forms, or booking systems, you consent to receive SMS text messages from our registered brand, Daydreaming Head Spa.

  • Cost Disclosure: Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your cellular plan, you may be charged by your carrier for sending or receiving text messages.

  • Program Description: Daydreaming Head Spa uses SMS to send conversational customer care messages, respond to inquiries, provide arrival and parking directions, and offer post-treatment support.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your personal inquiries and scheduled appointments.

  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final text message confirming your unsubscribe status.

  • Privacy: Your phone number and SMS consent will never be shared with, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

4. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price of your service will be locked in at the time of booking.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, cash, Apple Pay. Payment is due in full at the time of service.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact management within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns.

5. Spa Etiquette & Code of Conduct

To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests:

  • Please silence your mobile devices upon entering the spa.

  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or harassing behavior toward our staff or other guests will result in immediate termination of your service without a refund and a ban from future bookings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daydreaming Head Spa, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the receipt of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to personal property brought into the spa or adverse bodily reactions to treatments.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
